FAQ

Questions, answered.

How engagements work, how event coverage is commissioned and what's inside the camera bag. Anything missing - ask directly.

01 Working together

How does an engagement begin?

Every engagement starts with a short conversation, by email, phone or in person. From there we draft a proposal that matches the actual scope of the work, not a pre-built package.

What does pricing look like?

Branding projects are scoped per engagement based on deliverables, timeline and complexity. Photography work is billed per day or per event. We share a transparent quote in writing before any commitment.

Where are you based?

We are based in Vienna, with partners in St. Gallen. We work remotely for clients across Europe and travel for shoots wherever the event takes place.

Do you take on small projects?

The fit matters more than the size. If the brief is clear and the work is interesting, the door is open.

02 Branding

What does "brand incubation" mean?

We accompany companies from the first sketch to a lasting market presence: strategy and naming, the visual identity, every touchpoint and a brand book that keeps the system consistent as the company grows. The framework is described in detail on the branding page.

Do you work with founders directly?

Yes. The incubation model is built around close coordination with the founding team, direct communication, efficient decisions, no layers in between.

What do we receive at the end?

A complete, documented identity system: wordmark and master logo with all variations, colour and typography systems, stationery, digital templates and the brand book that codifies the rules, so any team or agency can extend the brand without diluting it.

Do you also redesign existing brands?

Yes. Rebrands and refinements follow the same four-stage framework, strategy first, then identity, touchpoints and guidelines. Existing brand equity is analysed and carried forward, not discarded.

How long does a branding project take?

It scales with the brief, from a few weeks for a focused identity to several months for a full incubation with web, stationery and guidelines. The proposal states a concrete timeline before we start.

Can you build the website and digital tools too?

Yes. Web design and development are part of the incubation model, and lean software solutions, booking flows, dashboards, configurators, carry the brand system into the product itself.

03 Photography & equipment

What do you photograph?

Motorsport above all. Formula 1, MotoGP, WEC, DTM and further series, alongside international sport events, automotive work and editorial street photography. The archive shows the full record.

Can we commission coverage of an event?

Yes. Coverage is commissioned per day or per event, worldwide. Delivery includes web-ready sequences and social-first formats, stories and carousels the way they ran on the day itself.

Can I use photographs from the archive?

All photography on this site is copyright-protected. Reuse, reproduction or republication of any kind requires prior written permission, please reach out before using an image anywhere.

What equipment do you shoot with?

Canon EOS R5 Mark II bodies, paired with fast glass: a 400 mm f/2.8 for trackside work, 70–200 mm f/2.8 and 24–70 mm f/2.8 zooms, and 24 mm and 35 mm f/1.4 primes. For editorial and portrait work, a Leica SL2 with a 50 mm prime. Lighting comes from Profoto.

The best equipment is only good enough, the frame still has to be earned.

Do you retouch or stage the photographs?

No staging, no heavy grading. The archive is a record, photographs are taken close to the subject and left largely as they were found, refined only within the craft.

How fast are the photos delivered?

Social-first selections are typically ready on the day of the event; the full edited series follows shortly after. Exact delivery windows are agreed in the proposal.
